Introduction To The Block Plane

Woodcraft Tip: Block planes come in many different sizes for different jobs. One of the more special planes you'll run into is called the Bullnose Rebate Plane - unlike other planes it is squared off on the front instead of being picked down. There are even power planers that have rotating drum blades instead of the straight blade.
